Admiral Filter Company, LLC (“AFC”) a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance filtration systems for the marine, aerospace, and military spaces (www.admiralfilter.com) announced today the appointment of Pacific Component Xchange, Inc. (“PCX”), a recognized innovator and leader in the distribution of finished goods and spare parts to both the military as well as commercial sectors, as their exclusive distributor to the military segment and associated channels.
AFC has a unique knowledge and Intellectual Property portfolio that will continue to not only serve its existing platforms, like the product lines imbedded in the US Navy’s FFG-7 Oliver Hazard Perry-class program involving over 70 ships and 4 navies but also other Aeronautics, Space, and high-end ground platforms.
“We have had significant success in the past and feel strongly that our capabilities and skill-set will continue to greatly benefit not only the systems we already support, but any industrial or military platform requiring products from moisture and fuel separators to liquid and gas simplex and duplex filters,” stated Brian Hoffmann, AFC’s Chief Executive Officer.
PCX has been charged with the responsibility of responding to and supporting all inquiries as well as requirements for AFC finished goods and spare parts. “PCX’s software and infrastructure capabilities will dovetail very effectively with AFC’s long term growth plans and goals,” said Hoffmann.
“PCX’s strong military distribution capabilities expressed by its unique software, POS reporting matrixes, and market share capturing strategies will yield superior results for both organizations” Gilles Aouizerat, PCX’s CEO added.
The Distribution agreement launch is slated for august 1st 2014 and will be centered at PCX’s two- building, 55,000 square foot distribution center in Huntington Beach, California (www.pcxco.com). “PCX is now an authorized distributor for over 285 major OEM manufacturers with several exclusives to its name. “PCX is proud to represent Admiral Filter Company exclusively in the military channel going forward in support of its aggressive goals to grow market share in the coming months and years,” stated Aouizerat.
